How do I wash my minky?
To keep your minky softer, longer we recommend you machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble dry on LOW HEAT or AIR DRY. Never use fabric softener or scent beads. NEVER IRON MINKY


What is MINKY?
Minky fabric is a very plush texture that is 100% polyester.

 BLANKETS:
All of our blankets whether preorder or ready to ship may vary slightly in prints due to the way the manufacturer prints & cuts fabric. Each blanket will be as close to the listing as possible. We try our hardest to maintain quality and accuracy for each and every order.


CUSTOM ORDERS:
We love custom orders! Click here to begin your custom blanket order. Please be as descriptive as possible & provide any and all details that contribute to the overall aesthetic of the design print/pattern you envision. We will do our best to find a design that suites your needs. Please allow a processing time of 10-15 business days for a design preview to be sent to you as I do not work in custom designs everyday while in the blanket rotation.


OTHER POLICIES:
*We reserve the right to SHARE any and all blankets we create, including custom designs, on all social media outlets.
*We reserve the right to SELL any and all blankets we create, including custom designs, in any of our retail outlets, including our online store.

      PROCESSING TIME:
      • Custom Order Processing time is 4-6 weeks to be completed once fabric is received from our distributors. I do my best to update you once fabric has arrived. This time frame may vary slightly due to the delays in shipping.
      • Ready to ship orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of ordering. 
      • Custom order design proofs may take up to 10 days
       *Rush orders may be available upon request for a small additional fee.*
      SHIPPING:
      All of our products are shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS with insurance and tracking.
      Order tracking is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with any tracking information.

      Please note: *Once an item has been marked scan delivered we are no longer responsible for the product. We are not responsible for undelivered, Mis-delivered mail due to an incorrect address or mishandling. Please be sure to accurately input your delivery information. In the unlikely event of a shipping issue, please reach out to your local post office.*
      Local pickup is available for all orders if you are located near Vernal, Utah. At checkout please select the pickup option.
      *Please pickup your orders in a TIMELY manner! Once I tell you that your item its on the pickup shelf. It is your responsibility to pick it up in a timely manner! Once the order is out on the shelf I CANNOT be held responsible for any items that are left on the shelf for long periods of time. Any items left in the pickup box after 30 days will be resold without any refund on your order.

      RETURNS:
      While we do not offer cash returns, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is a flaw in your item due to manufacturing please send us a picture within 30 days and we will gladly help you resolve the problem.
